The remodel of kitchen, dining, mechanical and laundry rooms transformed the spaces into a brighter, more practical and more functional home for the owners. The kitchen area and previous living area were opened and redesigned as the kitchen and dining area.

Windows were replaced with a sliding glass door window system that illuminates the space and gives much needed access to the back patio. New cabinets, flooring, fixtures, tile and appliances create a modern rustic design.

The reallocation of space among a small laundry room, a large mechanical room and a poorly designed bathroom allowed for the expansion of the laundry room, a more compact mechanical room and a more practical bathroom.
