This remodel in beautiful Forest Highlands Golf Community addressed both interior and exterior shortcomings. The front façade of the house was given a new garage door, covered entry with deck above, and exterior paint. Updates of the interior included the kitchen, loft, powder room, guest bathroom and primary bathroom.

The kitchen countertops were replaced, and new tile backsplash was installed, while the cabinets were simply repainted and given new hardware. The powder room and guest bathroom received new vanities, countertops, sinks, toilets, tile and fixtures. The primary bathroom was reconfigured and updated with new cabinets, countertops, toilet, tub, shower, tile and fixtures.
